maivis is operated by Mango Technologies Ltd., which holds DIFC commercial licence CL5222. This is a commercial licence to operate a technology business in the Dubai International Financial Centre. It is not a regulated financial-services authorization, and maivis is not regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority as a financial advisor or product provider. maivis does not provide regulated financial advice, manage investments, hold client assets, or execute financial transactions. maivis organizes the financial information you give it and surfaces general, educational intelligence on top of it. It does not move, manage, or invest your money.

maivis is a direct-to-family wealth intelligence platform operated by Mango Technologies Ltd. (DIFC commercial licence CL5222), DIFC Innovation Hub, Gate Avenue, Dubai, UAE. It provides tools to track, aggregate, and visualize a family's financial information across countries and asset classes via maiviswealth.com. Features include: a daily Morning Brief (a ranked briefing of what needs your attention), a Wealth view (net worth aggregation, asset register, and spending intelligence across your connected accounts and countries), a Document Vault (AES-256-GCM encrypted document storage with expiry tracking), and Family Intelligence (family member management, connected accounts, and educational analysis including natural-language portfolio questions, what-if scenario modelling, entity ownership mapping, fee analysis, tax-loss harvesting education, currency exposure analysis, lifestyle benchmarks, and illustrative private-market valuations).

maivis provides general information and educational tools only. maivis is NOT a licensed financial advisor and is NOT a regulated financial advisory service, investment manager, bank, or licensed financial institution. All data is member-provided or aggregated read-only. maivis does not provide personal investment advice or recommendations, does not tell you to buy, sell, or switch into any specific financial product, does not execute trades, does not arrange or facilitate transactions, and does not hold custody of any assets.

Our intelligence features (including allocation guidance, expert-model comparison, fee analytics, risk and spending insights, document intelligence, debt and recovery analysis, portfolio signals, and an educational model explainer that answers your questions about published model portfolios) are educational. They explain how concepts such as rebalancing work, illustrate them against your own data, show what well-structured allocations commonly look like, and may reference categories of products as illustrations. They are not a personal recommendation to act. All financial and investment decisions remain solely your responsibility, and you should consult a qualified, licensed advisor before making any investment decision.

2.1 The Plan

maivis costs $29/month. There is one plan. It covers your whole family with unlimited members, all countries, and all features. There are no per-member or per-country fees.

2.2 Closed Beta — Free for 3 Months

During the closed beta, maivis is free for your first 3 months. After the beta period ends, your subscription continues at $29/month unless you cancel first. This is a free introductory period, not a free trial of a higher-priced plan and not a money-back offer. You can cancel any time during the beta and you will not be charged. We will give you advance notice before the first $29/month charge.

2.3 Demo Access

The public demo at maiviswealth.com/demo is an anonymized product showcase built on fictional family data. It is not an account tier. It requires no registration and stores no personal data.

2.4 Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. After the closed-beta free period, the $29/month subscription renews monthly. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your data remains accessible until then. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional and invite codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and governed by their stated terms.

2.5 Price Changes

30 days advance notice via email. Does not affect the current billing period.

Personal family wealth tracking only. You agree not to: resell or redistribute access; scrape data except through authorized APIs; reverse engineer the platform; use maivis data for third-party advisory services; share login credentials outside your family unit; use maivis for unlawful purposes; or circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

You agree to use maivis only for lawful purposes. maivis responds to valid legal process in accordance with applicable law. Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Data accuracy. Account balances, valuations, market prices, and similar information may be delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying all such information before making any financial, tax, legal, or other decision.

All data, scores, intelligence, and AI-generated content are general educational information for informational purposes only. Nothing on maivis constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product. Allocation guidance, target levels, model comparisons, and any fund or product examples are illustrative only. maivis is not a licensed financial advisor.

The Family Resilience Score (FRS), AI briefings, asset analysis, and subscription audit results are generated by large language models including Gemini, Claude, and related AI services. These outputs may contain errors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

maivis holds no regulatory license to provide investment advice under DFSA, SEBI, FCA, SEC, FINRA, or any other regulator. maivis does not arrange, execute, or facilitate transactions in any financial product. You are solely responsible for financial decisions. Consult a qualified, licensed advisor before making any investment decision.

maivis is a data aggregation and visualisation tool. All outputs are generated from data you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of the information you input, and for all decisions made on the basis of any output from the platform.

Documents are encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM before upload. The document encryption key (DEK) is wrapped by Google Cloud KMS (Google Cloud, FIPS 140-2s) and stored alongside the ciphertext. The plaintext DEK is never persisted. maivis stores ciphertext and a hardware-wrapped key. Access to plaintext requires a valid authenticated session plus an active KMS unwrap operation. Every decrypt and access event is recorded in a Merkle-anchored audit trail. Mango Technologies Ltd. is not liable for data loss from lost credentials or KMS key destruction.

AI processing of your data uses the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform under contractual Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Under our agreement with Google, your data is processed but not stored or used for training by Google's AI systems. This is a contractual commitment, not a technical impossibility; data transits Google infrastructure for processing.

The Executor Pack provides an organized summary of your family's documented financial position to assist estate administration. It is not a legally valid will, trust document, or court filing. Its accuracy depends on the completeness of information you have provided. Always consult a qualified legal professional and refer to jurisdiction-specific succession law when administering an estate.

maivis does not collect government-issued identity documents for identity verification (KYC) as part of account registration. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable anti-money-laundering and tax reporting obligations in their jurisdictions. maivis is not an identity verification service and does not substitute for KYC processes required by regulated financial institutions.

6.1 Account Ownership

Account creator (Family Head role) is account owner. You are responsible for: obtaining consent from adult family members (see Privacy Policy Section 12); appropriate parental or guardian consent for minors under 18 (we require confirmation from you that such consent has been obtained; we do not independently verify this consent but reserve the right to remove accounts where this requirement has not been met); all actions under your account; accuracy of family member information. Each family member receives an email invitation and must accept before inclusion.

If the Family Head account holder dies, appointed executors or legal representatives may request account access by contacting legal@maiviswealth.com with appropriate legal documentation (grant of probate, letter of administration, or equivalent). We will work with verified legal representatives to facilitate access to the account's document vault and asset records to support estate administration. maivis does not automatically transfer account ownership. Formal legal process is required.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant supervisory authorities (including the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with DIFC DPL 2020, GDPR Article 33, and applicable data protection laws. We will also notify you directly if the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

maivis may communicate via email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, based on your preferences. Manage preferences at Settings → Notifications.

Commercial and referral emails are sent only with your consent. Every such email identifies maivis as the sender and includes a one-click unsubscribe. For recipients in Canada this follows Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); for recipients elsewhere, equivalent opt-in and opt-out rights apply.

maivis, the logo, Family Resilience Score (FRS), FRS stage system (Exposed, Organized, Structured, Protected, Generational), Family Wealth Wrapped, and all content, code, algorithms, AI prompt libraries, and documentation are Mango Technologies Ltd.'s exclusive property.

You retain ownership of your financial data, documents, and content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for providing the service.

9.1 By You

Delete anytime via Settings or privacy@maiviswealth.com. Data removed per Privacy Policy retention schedule.

9.2 By Us

Suspend/terminate for violations with 24 hours notice. Immediate for serious breaches. Your right to use maivis ceases immediately upon termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mango Technologies Ltd.'s total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Neither Mango Technologies Ltd. nor its data providers, licensors, or service partners shall be responsible for investment or other financial decisions, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is a data aggregation and visualisation tool. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make.

In no event shall Mango Technologies Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

Account balances, holdings, transactions, valuations, market prices, and similar information shown in the Service may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all such information independently before making any financial, tax, legal, or other decision.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law. Limitation period: 6 years (DIFC Courts Law No. 2 of 2025, Article 28).

Bank account connectivity is provided by Lean Technologies Ltd. (UAE/KSA) and Plaid Inc. (US/UK/Canada). By connecting a bank account, you separately agree to the applicable provider's terms of service. maivis is not responsible for acts or omissions of these third-party providers, including errors in account data, access interruptions, or data security incidents on their infrastructure.

US users — CFPB Section 1033. By connecting a US financial account, you provide express informed consent for maivis and its data access partners (Plaid) to access your financial account data for the purpose of providing the Service. You may withdraw this consent at any time by disconnecting the account in Settings.

Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside your country of residence. These transfers are made on the following legal bases:

• EU/EEA users: Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914/EU, Module 2).
• UK users: International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).
• Indian users: Consent at account registration, consistent with DPDP Act 2023.
• All users: Google Cloud processing subject to contractual Zero Data Retention. Sub-processors listed at maiviswealth.com/legal/subprocessors.

You indemnify Mango Technologies Ltd. from claims arising from: your use of maivis; violation of these Terms or applicable law; content you submit; or reliance on AI-generated intelligence for financial decisions.

Governed by DIFC law (Contract Law No. 6 of 2004, Electronic Transactions Law No. 2 of 2017). English governs interpretation.

12.1 Tiered Resolution

Step 1: Informal resolution via legal@maiviswealth.com (30 days). Step 2: DIFC Mediation Center (DIFC Courts Law No. 2 of 2025). Step 3: Exclusive jurisdiction of DIFC Courts (Small Claims Tribunal for claims under AED 500,000). No mandatory arbitration for consumer disputes at this price point.

30 days advance notice via email. Continued use = acceptance. Discontinue and delete your account before the effective date if you disagree.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy (maiviswealth.com/legal/privacy-policy) + Cookie Policy (maiviswealth.com/legal/cookie-policy).
• Severability: Unenforceable provisions limited to minimum extent; remainder continues.
• Waiver: Non-enforcement is not waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign without consent. We may assign on merger/acquisition/asset sale.
• Force Majeure: Neither party liable for events beyond reasonable control.
